planning

Often the term "planning" is regarded as the philosopher's stone; able to solve all business problems.

In fact a good planning system (which is not possible without an equally precise control system), gives excellent results, but we must not lose sight of that all programs will provide results dependent on the quality of the information entered.

It 'also wrong to try to "split hairs"; we must remember that we are always operating on information that may change for one or more elements (the cost, the duration, the available resources, the unexpected, and so on).

COTEAZ has experience with planning tools since 1985, and is able to provide help to set-up or fine-tune your system.
